Zach Boardman is helping pave the path, one he happened upon, for others with HomeShield Pest Control’s apprenticeship program.
“This is probably what I'm most passionate about because I came up the same way," says HomeShield’s director of technical operations.
The assigned routes and inspections, Boardman says, gives apprentices "their own little book of business."
"Providing them a vehicle to really learn how to manage not only the customer, but manage themselves and their time and just grow into it," he says. "It's incredible."
